Rosemary Infused Vegan Shampoo Bar

Our Rosemary Infused Vegan Shampoo Bar is a simple, plant-based way to care for your hair while skipping the plastic bottle aisle entirely. Each bar begins with olive oil slowly infused with rosemary here in the Green Mama studio for over a month, allowing the herb’s earthy, herbal character to fully mingle with the oil before the soapmaking even begins.

The result is a rich, creamy lather that feels clean, fresh, and grounding. Rosemary and peppermint essential oils create a bright, invigorating scent that makes your morning shower feel a little more awake and alive.

Even better — using a shampoo bar is wonderfully simple. Just wet your hair and gently rub the bar directly onto your scalp a few times to build lather, then massage and rinse like a traditional shampoo. No plastic bottle, no complicated routine — just good soap doing what good soap has always done.

This bar is made using the hot process soapmaking method, in even smaller batches than our bath soaps. Hot process allows the soap to cook and fully complete saponification during production, creating a rustic, nourishing bar.

Each bar weighs approximately 3.5 ounces and is hand cut and cured right here in our studio.

Ingredients:

Rosemary-infused olive oil, coconut oil, purified water, castor oil, lye, shea butter, rosemary and peppermint essential oils.

Every shampoo bar is made in small batches in Des Moines, Iowa. Because this is handcrafted soap made with natural ingredients, color and shape may vary slightly from bar to bar. That’s part of the charm of real soap.

Using a shampoo bar also helps reduce single-use plastic — one small change that adds up over time.
