Howlite Lava Stone Diffuser Bracelet

Howlite is traditionally associated with patience, mindfulness and emotional awareness. Its soft white coloring and natural gray veining create a calming contrast against the rugged black lava stone. This bracelet is a beautiful choice for meditation, reflection or any moment when you want a tangible reminder to pause, breathe, and respond thoughtfully.

Each bracelet is handmade by me using 8mm howlite and porous lava beads. The stretch cord is carefully knotted and glued for additional security and durability.

The lava beads may also be used as a personal aromatherapy diffuser with your favorite properly diluted essential oil.

Bracelet length is approximately 7.5 inches.

How to Use as a Diffuser

Add 1 drop of essential oil to the lava beads, let it absorb for a moment, and enjoy the subtle aroma throughout your day. Reapply as needed—less is more. *Waiting for it to absorb also lessens the chance of little lava smears on your skin.
