We start with comfrey leaves slowly infused in olive oil for at least 30 days before blending in castor oil, shea butter, soy wax, and arrowroot powder for a smooth texture that glides on easily. Then we harmonize the mix with gentle essential oils—lavender, rosemary, peppermint, and sacred Sacra frankincense—for a comforting herbal scent. Green Mama’s herbal salves are hand-poured in small batches into a 2 ounce apothecary jar.

Known traditionally as “knitbone,” comfrey has been cherished by herbalists for generations for its comforting, skin-soothing reputation.
